Investigators are still trying to figure out what caused a huge fight at Astroworld, involving nearly 100 people, Monday night.
A spokeswoman for Six Flags Astroworld told the Local 2 channel the melee broke out as the park was preparing to close. The ruckus spread out onto the streets and into a nearby Shell gas station and McDonald's, where other smaller fights broke out as a result.
Raz Neupane, the gas station's attendant says there were so many boys inside he wasn't sure what to do. Between 50 -70 guys came into the store at once flailing fists and swinging baseball bats. The entrance was crammed with people, preventing him from shutting the door.
Several police departments responded to the scene, but no one was arrested. Astroworld officials say their security guards arrested two teens. Several others who were taken into custody were eventually released to their parents.
The spokesman added the park had extra security on duty working through the July Fourth weekend.
Police have reported no injuries and are reviewing surveillance video to see if anyone can be identified.
