Rap fueds really usually don't stem from differing political opinions, the state of the nation, or George W. Bush, for that matter. But, in the case between rap stars 50 Cent and Kanye West, it appears that the two see things quite differently when it comes to George W. Bush and the handling of his job.

A former New Orleans policeman is sentenced to death for a second time after ordering the murder of a woman who filed a brutality complaint against him. Len Davis was convicted in 1996 of violating the civil rights of Kim Groves by having her killed. His initial death sentence was thrown out on appeal. Earlier this year, a jury sentenced him to death for a second time.

Hurricane Wilma has left a majority of South Florida without power. In Miami-Dade County, with only 18 out of 2,600 traffic lights working, The Florida Highway Patrol and local police are reminding motorists that all unlighted intersections must be treated as four-way stops. Drivers who fail to observe the rule face a stiff penalty.

A Biloxi waitress found a vintage guitar that appears to have Johnny Cash's autograph on it outside the Waffle House where she used to work. The U. S. Small Business Administration is warning Americans applying for disaster assistance in the aftermath of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita to be on the watch for scam artists posing as federal officials offering help, while trying to take advantage of those in the midst of rebuilding their lives. SBA Administrator Hector V. Barreto says, "The SBA will not tolerate the defrauding of those who have already lost so much in the aftermath of these devastating storms. Those who are found taking advantage of the disadvantaged will be prosecuted to the fullest extent that the law provides. "
