An infant in Indiana was accidentally killed when someone rolled on top of her while the two people were sleeping.

Fort Wayne Police say 4-month-old Nygria Holley was in bed with an unnamed adult, and that adult fell asleep on top of the child.

Police are investigating the incident as an accidental death. It is not likely any charges will be filed, Fort Wayne Police spokesman Paul Shrawder told a local paper..

One person was arrested at the home, but that was due to an outstanding warrant from an unrelated incident.

Police and paramedics were called to the home at around 11:15 a.m. Saturday morning.

They found the child unresponsive and not breathing.

She was taken to the hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
