Wellesley College's Davis Museum officials say they aren't sure what happened to a missing painting likely worth millions by French Cubist artist Fernand Leger. However, it is possible that the missing 1921 painting "Woman and Child," which hasn't been seen since 2007, was mistakenly thrown away.

Being out of shape will soon cost Alabama state government employees. Overweight or otherwise unhealthy employees have been given a deadline to work on getting fit or start paying $25 a month for their health insurance. Currently, state employees don't pay a health insurance premium.

Herr and frau have different driving habits, according to a study of 150,000 insurance policy holders in Germany. The survey was made by business consultancy NAFI for Capital Investor Finance Weekly. It confirmed stereotypes about male and female motorists.

A study by the Kaiser Family Foundation released Tuesday said 7 percent of adults in the U. S. tie the knot to have access to insurance. Experts were not surprised by the finding as the Kaiser report showed the number of uninsured in the U. S. , currently 47 million, are even increasing in number. Over 8 of 10 uninsured come from families with incomes below 200 percent of the 2006 federal poverty level of $41,000 for a family of four.

An English couple who schemed to fake the husband's death in order to collect the insurance money has been sentenced to more than six years each in prison. The plot of the deceitful couple began to unravel in December 2007, five years after John Darwin and his wife conspired to fake his death in a canoeing accident, when John, 57, walked into a London police headquarters saying he had amnesia.
