Italian Premier Silvio Berlusconi is promising the people he won't have sex until after the April ninth elections.

Berlusconi, 69, a multi-billionaire, made the pledge at a party rally in Sardinia to a television preacher, over the weekend.

The twice-married former cruise-ship singer, who despite his age still considers himself a ladies' man and may have shocked his wife with the news.
