A Tokyo High Court has overturned a Japanese pin up model's conviction after her breast size casted doubt on the testimony against her. Serena Kozakura, 38, had her conviction for willful destruction of property overturned after her lawyers successfully argued she couldn't have committed the crime with breasts so large.
The model allegedly kicked in a wooden door to a man's room and crawled inside, to reportedly catch him with another woman. In her appeal, her attorneys held up a plate showing the size of the hole in the door and said Kozakura could not possibly squeeze her 44-inch chest through the opening.
Presiding Judge Kunio Harada ruled in her favor.
After the hearing, TV stations across Japan invited Kozakura for a live demonstration. The model faced 14 months behind bars for the crime.
