Authorities in Kelantan, the northeastern state of Malaysia have warned women working at retail outlets to not to wear revealing and body-hugging clothes. Any defiance would cost them $138 in fine, a news report said Tuesday. According to the report, the municipal council at Kota Baru, the capital of Kelantan, said it will no longer tolerate indecent dressing.

A man who entered a home illegally and stripped his clothes was later caught by police running naked through a nearby pasture chasing horses. The incident happened Wednesday when a man entered Linda Smith's home through an unlocked door, headed to her bedroom saying he was sent there to have sex with her, police said. Recalling the incident to Texarkana Gazette, Smith said, "I told him I didn't think so and that he needed to leave. "

Actor Hugh Jackman's old jeans fetch $22,476 at a fundraising auction in Sydney, Australia. They were among 17 pairs auctioned at a "Jeans for Genes" fundraising event for the Children's Medical Research Institute. Jackman is known for playing the comic book character Wolverine in the "X-Men" movies. He signed the jeans, which fetched more than double the amount paid for Nicole Kidman's denims. Her pants sold for $8,200, while model Megan Gale's jeans went for $7,500.
