Officials of St. Louis, Missouri have come up with a bill banning swearing, table-dancing, drinking contests and profane music in bars in St. Charles to keep crowds from getting too rowdy. But the bill introduced by City Councilman Richard Veit is facing challenge from owners of bars along Main Street as they believe the proposed ban violate their civil rights. They have sought revisions to the bill.

A 23-year old female recruit who underwent breast implant is appealing to military authorities for reinstatement after she was booted out of army training in Germany for have boob job. Alessija Dorfmann, who has cup D after the operation, claims she was devastated after being kicked out of the army training as it has it been always her dream to be a soldier with a great figure.

Former and current Franklin County medical officers are facing a lawsuit filed by parents of a North Carolina man mistakenly declared dead. Larry Green was hit by a car on January 2005, his body was placed inside a bag and sent to the morgue, until he was found to be alive, over two hours later. Green's parents accused the medical officers of not properly checking his vital signs, which led to Green sustaining injuries that might be beyond recovery.

The owners of a trout farm in Southampton were more than amazed to discover why they losing their fishes after a photographer caught on camera the trout fleeing one by one from the fishpond onto a nearby river. Capturing the fishes' escape with the aid of his camera, wildlife photographer Dennis Bright, 59, describe the scene as incredible.
