A 17-page obituary of Apple CEO Steve Jobs was accidentally published Wednesday by the Bloomberg financial news service. Although quickly retracted, the death notice provided insight into Jobs' life and friends. As the case with many landmark figures, the obituary had been prepared in advance, excluding the date and cause of death.

The University of Toronto will begin offering starting fall master's and doctorate programs covering a wide range of sex-related topics from literary to public health. The university will be the first in Canada to offer graduate courses on the subject. Other Canadian educational institutions like Queen's University, McGill University, Universite du Quebec a Montreal, York University and University of British Columbia already offer undergraduate degree in sexuality studies, but most of their programs focus on issues of sexual orientation.

Paris Hilton has released a new video in response to Sen. John McCain's (R-AZ) controversial TV ad mocking her celebrity status. Lounging in a chair in a swimsuit, the hotel-heiress says in the video, "Hey America, I'm Paris Hilton and I'm a celebrity too. Only I'm not from the olden days and I'm not promising change like that other guy. I'm just hot. "

Alberta's enrollment rate is increasing as more migrants move to the province to find jobs in its booming oil industry, however, it suffers from a high dropout rate among secondary students. According to a Statistics Canada report released Monday, only 68 percent of the young Albertans in school year 2005-06 remained long enough to finish high school. The others were enticed to look for jobs in the oil industry, according to Patric Blouin, author of Summary Public School Indicator's for the Provinces and Territories.

The blog that caught the attention of Silicon Valley CEOs is calling it quits. 'Fake Steve Jobs' is moving onto a new job and Hollywood. The blog, "The Secret Diary of Steve Jobs" is shutting down after its author said he no longer wanted to make fun of the controversial CEO of Apple. Daniel Lyons, a former Fortune magazine editor, said he's heading to Newsweek and will be blogging under his own name.
