Jockey Paul Carberry is pleading 'not guilty' to breaching the peace on a flight from Spain to Dublin last month.

BBC reports that Carberry, 31, is accused of setting fire to a friend's newspaper on an Aer Lingus flight.

Carberry faces charges of engaging in threatening, abusive or insulting behavior under Ireland's Air Navigation and Transport Act.

Carberry was Irish champion jockey in 2002.
