A 42-year-old man in central Kentucky was accused of exposing his genitals on a Frontier Airlines flight from Louisville to Denver. The man faces trial in October on allegation of obscene and indecent exposure on an aircraft.
According to documents filed in the U.S. District Court in Denver, suspect Alan Michael Froula pleaded not guilty Tuesday.
In an affidavit, it said, passengers and flight attendants saw Froula's genitals exposed on flight 4961 from Louisville to Denver on Saturday.
He paid a $20,000 bond.
The trial will be on October 31.
