A bus driver who was taking children to school was arrested by police officials for pulling his bus over and trying to solicit sex from an undercover policewoman, who was dressed as a prostitute. The 33-year old driver, whose name police refused to release, apparently was picking up special needs students when he approached the officer. The report said that he approached her twice: the first time, he had one child aboard the bus, and the second time he had four. The children were between 5 to 9-years-old.

An adopted son was reunited with his birth mother after he discovered that they had been working in the same store for several months. Steve Flaig, a 22-year old truck driver at a Lowe's store discovered after years of searching that 45-year old Chris Tallady, his mother, had been working as the head cashier at the same store - the woman that for several months he only knew as Chris.

A middle school coach was arrested and charged for leading a group of players into manipulating Christmas displays to depict images of a pornographic nature. John Hayes, 46, while driving around in his pickup truck with middle school varsity football team at the back, allegedly placed a homeowner's reindeer displays in sexual positions. The group also destroyed several Christmas decorations they came across.

A 200-pound potbellied pig named Romeo is living as a major part of the household of a family in St. Albans, Queens. The part-Vietnamese potbellied, who was bought from a farm in Long Island, was described by the Cummings family to be completely housebroken, and has never brought any complaints from the neighbors. He was reported to consume three pounds of pellet food daily, and is taken for a walk four times a day without a leash.

Several members of a choral group singing Christmas carols for shoppers in a mall in Llandudno almost ended up being jailed after mall authorities summoned the help of local police in trying to stop them - from singing. According to reports, the choral group composed of 29 children with ages ranging from six to 11, were at first asked by to stop by a security guard of the shopping center after receiving complaints from shoppers the children were singing a bit loud.
