Police in Somerset County, Pennsylvania are trying to solve a strange case of a stolen salad. A man has reportedly registered a complaint that a stranger kicked in his door Monday and stole a salad from his refrigerator while he was at a local bar. According to AP reports, there were no other items reported missing except the salad from his house. Additionally, the man also said he found a knife stuck into his apartment door.

In an unusual ruling, a judge in Canada has ordered a man to not to form "a romantic relationship of an intimate nature with a female person. " The verdict came as part of the punishment to Steven Cranley, 24, who pleaded guilty on Tuesday to abusing his former lover. According to court documents, Cranley began quarreling with his girlfriend after getting upset with her over their recent breakup. When his girlfriend tried to call police, he attacked her, cut telephone wires and when a roommate tried to intervene he threatened to slit their throats.

A 31-year-old woman from Mesa, Arizona, was arrested earlier this week after stabbing her boyfriend in the back when he threatened to leave her. Betty Deharo, who brought a Cadillac for her boyfriend two days ago, could not control her anger when he started to pack his belongings to leave in the same car. Police booked Deharo on suspicion of aggravated assault and criminal damage Tuesday at 4 pm.

A 78-year-old man from Fountain Valley, California reportedly stabbed and injured his 68-year-old wife with an ax after the couple had an argument a day before. Police have charged Abdel Herbawi with attempted murder after he allegedly attacked his wife with an ax as she prayed at their house on Monday. If convicted, Herbawi, who is being held at Orange County Jail on $1 million bail, could face life in prison. The charges on him include torture, domestic battery and aggravated assault.

A 40-year-old man from Poland chopped off his own genitals with a knife after his wife left him. Tadeus Konopizc, who hails from Zakopane, cut off his penis and testicles with a 15cm kitchen knife in a fit of anger after drowning more than one bottle of Vodka. According to reports, the man, who was in excruciating pain, still managed to call doctors to tell them about his idiotice deed and asked for help. The paramedics arrived on the scene and immediately asked for a helicopter to airlift the man to a special hospital, where they hoped to restore his penis back.
