A man in China has convinced his new wife to undergo plastic surgery so she could resemble his dead first wife. Zhao Gang, 32 from Chongqing city, China, lost his first wife in a car accident three years ago and now wants his new wife to look exactly like her dead wife. Zhao told the Chongqing Business News, "I recovered after staying in hospital for half a year and I wish I could have died with her. "

A survey by the University of Barcelona shows that surgeons are better looking and taller than other doctors but that they still can't compete with actors playing doctors. According to the recent survey, women prefer George Clooney playing Dr. Doug Ross on "ER" and Patrick Dempsey as Dr. Derek Shepherd on "Grey's Anatomy" to real-life medical staff members.

Authorities at a Lexington County School have suspended a kindergartner for possessing a weapon on school grounds. The five-year-old was taken to the school office after he was spotted using a folding pocket knife to open his pre-packaged lunch. The student never threatened anyone at the school, and officials believe he was unaware he did anything wrong, Mary Beth Hill, spokeswoman for Lexington County School District 1 tells the Associated Press.

According to a Japanese newspaper, a young man entered a noodle bar in the western Japanese city of Osaka on Wednesday, ordered noodles, slurped them down, and then held the restaurant up with a knife demanding a local waitress hand over all the cash from the register. After obtaining the loot, the robber paid the waitress for his meal and even waited long enough to receive his change before leaving. The suspect is still at large. The police have not specified whether the assailant left the waitress a generous tip.

Two men suspected of robbing a pizza delivery woman were arrested after the sheriff deputy investigating the theft smelled the hot pepperoni and sausage pizzas at a home. The officer, Jimmy Green, sniffed out the suspects as he was asking a witness questions and he smelled the pizzas in the neighboring home.
