A man claiming to be the love child of Britain's Princess Margaret will take his claim to London's High Court on Tuesday. Robert Brown - a 52-year-old accountant from Jersey - insists he was born following an affair between the late princess and a man she was once in love with, Group Captain Peter Townsend, making him Queen Elizabeth's illegitimate nephew.

In the first ever case of same-sex sexual harassment, three female workers at a New York city welfare office are suing the city, claiming the city failed to protect them after a female supervisor allegedly acted in an improper sexual manner towards them. The lawsuit blames manager Serena Reaves-Cain of allegedly harassing three female workers under her supervision. According to the lawsuit, co-workers reportedly named Reaves-Cain "Lipstick Bandit" after she allegedly "kissed them on the cheeks, foreheads, and necks, and sometimes left red lipstick marks on them. "

A man was awarded $122,400 in court Friday for a bite on his hand that got so infected he had to stay in the hospital for three weeks. The owner of the cat, Jean Toney, was the sister of the defendant, Michael Sabo. According to Sabo's lawyer, Tom Pabst, Sabo had to pay thousands of dollars in medical bills after the cat lept into his lap and bit his right hand in 2004, causing an infection that left his fingers looking like "plump hot dogs. "

An attorney for a man accused of illegal drug possession has requested the court to subpoena a police department dog with a bachelor degree to serve as a defense exhibit. According to him, the police chief who took part in the traffic stop and search of his client holds his diploma from the same online school from where Rocko the dog got his. In the documents filed with Seneca County Common Pleas Court, defense prosecutor Gene Murray wrote, the issue gives "one pause, if not paws, for concern" about what it takes to get the degrees from the school based in the Virgin Islands, according to AP reports.

Jilted by his girlfriend, a former New York corrections officer started stealing expensive cars like Mercedes Benz and BMW. However, a judge took pity on Charles James Jr. and imposed only a six-month stretch in jail. James, who lives in the New Brighton neighborhood on Staten Island, was first charged with stealing a Mercedes-Benz in Manhattan. He also stole a BMW after he was free after bailing out of jail. The Staten Island Advance reported that the BMW was being used for test drives at a charity event on Long Island.
