A man discovered to have taken up residence at London's Gatwick Airport for three years was taken in by authorities for disobeying a previous order restricting him from entering the facility. Anthoney Delaney, a former chef who had been unemployed since 2004, had reportedly lived at the airport ever since he lost his job as a Buckinghamshire chef. He then moved to Sussex, but had trouble supporting himself, due to his failure to land a job and acquire a permanent residence.

A 57-year old man who apparently had too much to drink threatened to blow up half the City of Brisbane using his television remote control. Geoffrey Fryatt had the whole city in panic with the police declaring a state of emergency when he reportedly shouted at the top of his voice, "One push of the button will blow up half of Brisbane. "

A mayor in a small town in Texas was forced to resign after being accused of illegally keeping her neighbors' dog. According to Rudy Gutierrez and Shelly Cavazos, owner of Puddles, Grace Saenz-Lopez, mayor of Alice, had agreed to take care of their Shit Tzu while they went on vacation.

A man was sentenced to five years of probation after a judge declared him guilty of posing as a lawyer in a law firm for two years, despite not having a law degree. Thirty-three year old Brian Valery was working for Anderson Kill & Olick as a paralegal, and earned more than $200,000 as an employee. He claimed that he was a graduate from the Fordham University Law School for his entire employment period.

A prison guard who was terminated from her job after posing for the men's magazine Playboy was recently reinstated at the Berks County Prison. Twenty-nine year old Heather Hull was terminated from her post as a corrections officer after a co-worker spotted her in the March issue, in the "Employee of the Month" section. In the photo Hull was given a false name, and her hair was dyed black, from blonde.
