A Louisiana woman has sued the Applebee's Restaurant chain, claiming she was traumatized after finding the tip of a human finger in a salad she had ordered.

The lawsuit, filed in District Court June 24, claims May Deal Chambers suffered vomiting, stomach aches, headaches and chest pains after finding the extra ingredient in her salad.

The suit seeks unspecified damages for pain and suffering, and lost wages as a result of medical treatment.
