A 51-year-old man is arrested Wednesday for using his cell phone to take pictures up women's skirts at a local area Wal-Mart store.

According to police, a store security camera caught Darrol Jones Jr. taking pictures of a 19-year-old woman. Upon his arrest, police found the pictures of several women stored in his phone.

Jones was hit with unlawful surveillance charges and being held on a bail of $10,000.
