A man who struck a telephone pole with his car now blames his two friends who were having sex in the back seat for the accident, police reports say.
Carnival worker, Joshua Frank pleaded guilty Tuesday to a misdemeanor charge of failing to notify a police officer of a traffic accident. The 22-year-old, who lives in a trailer parked on the Latah County Fairgrounds, left his Chevrolet S-10 Blazer at the site of the crash in Idaho.
According to reports, Frank told police the couples in the backseat caused the car, which "was top heavy anyway," to become "tippy" and lose control; he was fined $188.
Though Frank had a minor head wound, he returned to his trailer. The two in the backseat were treated for injuries, though further information on their condition is not available.
