A man test-driving a Ferrari crashed the high priced vehicle and blames a pretty woman he passed as the culprit.

Alphons Edberg, 33, was driving a borrowed Ferrari 360 Modena, which he reportedly was considering buying.

However, according to police, the inexperienced driver lost control after putting his foot down to impress a pretty woman who passed by.

Edberg then crashed the car into a tree, a road sign and a fence before finally wrapping it around a lamppost.

Don't worry the car was a write off and Edberg is in a hospital being treated for minor head injuries.
