Prosecutors said Ray Joeseph Dandridge, 29, slowly suffocated a Virginia family, robbed their home and then ate food stolen from their refrigerator as he drove away.
Dandridge has been charged with three counts of capital murder for the slaying of Percyell Tucker, 55, his wife, Mary Baskerville-Tucker, 47, and her daughter, Ashley Baskerville, 21 in January.
He is also charged with killing someone during a robbery, killing more than one person in a three-year period, and killing more than one person at a time.
His uncle Ricky Jovan Grey is also accused of helping Dandridge kill the family. Dandrige said Ashley Baskerville was an accomplice in their plan to rob the couple but the situation elevated leaving the couple and Ashely dead.
Grey, 29 was convicted a month ago for murdering a family of four on new Year's Day. The family was bound, beaten with a hammer and then their bodies were set on fire.
Both men are ex-convicts and were arrested on January 7 at Grey's father's Philadelphia home. Grey also confessed to killing his 35-year-old wife in November by beating her to death while Dandridge held her down.
