A 45-year-old man from Glen Rock, New Jersey who arrived at court drunk for a drunken-driving hearing, was again charged with the same crime after police found he consumed alcohol in court.
Not bothered about the consequences, Paul H. Zeigler appeared at a preliminary hearing but appeared intoxicated. Zeigler, was charged in Shrewsbury district court on March 26 for a DUI charge from December.
Zeigler again failed a portable breath test for alcohol and was taken into custody for a blood test.
According to AP reports, the blood tests further confirmed that Zeigler's blood-alcohol level was twice the legal driving limit. The court again changed him with a DUI.
