A 60-year-old slot machine player at Caesars Indiana casino complained that he sat in a chair soaked with urine.
Floyd Kibiloski of Fern Creek, Kentucky recounted his experience with the Indiana Gaming Commission saying that a woman who had just exited urinated in a chair at the southern Indiana casino.
"My whole concern is that they fix this," Kibiloski said. "It's not apparent that they have anything in place to deal with this kind of situation."
Still fuming and mortified Kibiloski said he also had to face the humiliation of walking up to his car and change into an old pair of sweat pants. To add insult to injury he said that no one helped him in finding a place to clean up.
Spokeswoman Judy Hess of Caesars casino said that she regretted what happened and admitted the soaked chair should have been removed immediately from the gaming room.
