Police say a man kept drinking beer after they pulled him over and arrested him Monday night for hitting two cars and not stopping.
Officers had tried to pull Patrick Allain, 35, over for while before he finally stopped. When police confronted him, he continued to drink the 40-ounce bottle of beer he was holding.
According to AP, Allain told the officers, "You can charge me with whatever you want. It's not going to stop me from drinking and driving."
Monday's arrest brings the total number of times Allain has been arrested for driving under the influence to four. He faces a number of charges.
