West Des Moines, IA (AHN)- Police say Rusty Wayne Sills steals bras, panties and socks from the laundry room at an apartment complex in the Des Moines, Iowa area.
Officers say they found hundreds of ladies' unmentionables as well as shoes when they searched Sills' home.
West Des Moines police arrested Sills, who has a history of stealing women's underwear and shoes going back more than 20 years.
According to officers, Sills was caught on a security camera videotape stealing from the laundry room. He is charged with fifth-degree theft.
