Douglas Moore, 65, who supports the war, shot and killed Harold Wayne Smith, 56, who opposed it.
Moore was released without charges after convincing police he acted in self-defense. A grand jury may still hear evidence in the case.

An argument ensued and both men eventually drew pistols outside a snack shed. According to witnesses, Wayne was slower in drawing his gun.
