The case of a man who died after having sex with a horse leads to a guilty plea from his accomplice for trespassing.

According to the Associated Press,

Police records say Tait, of Enumclaw, Washington, admitted to entering a neighboring barn last July in order to videotape his friend Kenneth Pinyan having sex with a horse.

During the act, Pinyan suffered internal injuries that led to his death.

Tait received a one-year suspended sentence, a $300 fine, and ordered to perform eight hours of community service and have no contact with the neighbors.

The prosecutor's office says no animal cruelty charges were filed because there was no evidence of injury to the horses.
