A man who chased his neighbors with a 2-foot sword while naked last winter pleads guilty to assault with a dangerous weapon.
Curtis Rarick, 45, faces up to two years in prison and a $5,000 fine at his sentencing September 16.
Police say they responded to a reported altercation on February 27, after neighbors reported Rarick was standing naked in his front yard.
When they approached and asked him to put his clothes back on, Rarick ran into his home and came back out brandishing a sword, chasing and threatening his neighbors.
Police say Rarick's blood alcohol level was 0.12 percent. A charge of public intoxication was dismissed as part of a plea bargain.
