A 46-year-old man from Penn Hills, Pennsylvania punched a clerk at a fast-food drive-through just because he thought she was rude for not saying her "please" and "thank you."
Duane L. Williams also walked into the store to complain about the clerk's rudeness just before 8 p.m. Wednesday. However, before the manager could tend to William's complaint, he walked back outside, pushed open the drive-through window and punched the woman clerk.
The punch left the 19-year-old woman bruised, but not badly hurt. The store manager quickly noted Williams' license plate number and called police.
Upon investigation, Williams told police he had "anger-management issues" when he turned himself in later that night, the AP reports. Police filed charges of simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment Thursday against Williams.
