A British man has been reunited with his brother after spending 82 years apart. Fred Fox at the age of five was told that his younger brother Norman, 18-months at the time, had died with a skull fracture, but was actually sent into care instead.
It wasn't until Fox's daughter Helen decided to research the family tree on the Internet only to find out that the younger Norman was searching for his brother all these years too.
After searching for an hour on the Internet, Helen found Norman and contacted him immediately.
Fred, 87, who now lives in Manchester, in England wept as he hugged his long-lost brother after traveling to his home in Essex, according to Ananova.com.
He said: "It was very emotional. We'll never lose touch again."
