Romeo Consumo, 31, sliced off his sex organ and threw it into the waste can on Thursday after having a drinking party with his friends in an eastern city of Philippines.

Later, Romeo was rushed to the Western Visayas Medical Centre by his neighbors, where the doctors are trying to restore his sex organ.

A doctor, who is giving treatment to Romeo, said Saturday that he sliced off his penis, including his scrotum by using a long knife.

According to doctor, Romeo revealed that there were unseen persons who were disturbing him and telling him to cut sex organ.
