A customer of Rutland Burger King is suing the owner of the food chain after biting into a Southwestern Whopper that he claimed contained a condom.
Van Miguel Hartless immediately complained to the manager but he "laughed off the incident," Hartless said.
According to Hartless, he visited the food chain on June 18.
A Burger King spokesperson told USA Today the claim "is without merit."
