A 31-year-old man has been suspected of vandalizing cars throughout the German city of Bochum by drawing obscene images on top of them. An estimated amount of the total damage is around 350,000 Euros.

A same penis insignia has been marked on cars throughout the city, leaving local residents baffled.

"Nearly all of them had this special motif," according to a police spokesman. "He said he did it because he was mentally disturbed. I don't know if that was just a pretext."

The suspect is currently undergoing psychiatric treatment.
