A Croatian man wants to put his organs on the market to pay back loans.

In a weird twist, 40-year-old Nenad Vrbanic wants to cash in on his kidney and cornea to pay off debts and back loans totaling near 35,000 euros, according to local reports.

Usually the harvesting of body organs isn't so open, but due to Vrbanic's financial situation, he's practically a billboard for those in the market.

"I know that selling organs is illegal, and I know that by losing a cornea I will go blind in one eye, but I am ready for it," says Vrbanic.
