Actor Matt Damon married his longtime girlfriend in a private ceremony Friday, according to his publicist.

Damon and his girlfriend, Luciana Bozan, exchanged vows in a City Hall ceremony held in New York City, with Bozan's 7-year-old daughter looking on.

This is the first marriage for Damon and the second for Bozan.

Damon won an Oscar in screenwriting, along with pal Ben Affleck, in 1997 for the hit movie, "Good Will Hunting". He has also starred in a number of other films, including "Ocean's Eleven" and "Saving Private Ryan".
