"Would you like fries with that?" is not a question usually associated with fashion, but it was on Wednesday in New York when singer Kelis modeled a dress for fast food chain McDonalds made out of their Arch Card.

The Grammy nominated singer, whose breakthrough single was an appropriately titled hit "Milkshake", was appearing at the "Load It, Gift It, Love It" fashion experience hosted by the restaurant.

The dress was designed by first season "Project Runway" winner Jay McCarroll.

The limited-edition Arch Card dress will be auction on eBay through the charitable "eBay Giving Works" starting on December 18.

Proceeds from the winning bid, to be announced on New Years Eve, will be donated to the Ronald McDonald House Charities.

Bill Lamar, chief marketing officer for McDonald's in the U.S, kept with the fashion theme when he said, "Giving is always in style."
