The change is part of a global effort by McDonald's to promote healthy living and to emphasize other products rather than burgers and chips.

Two men are charged with burglary after they allegedly break into a McDonald's restaurant and attempt to steal food. Michael Eugene Croley and Christopher Carl Walker, both 18, walked up to the drive-window early Saturday and asked for any unsold food the restaurant planned to throw out.
