Danes are up in arms over the manner in which Swedish home furnishing manufacturer IKEA is naming its products. The Danes resent the naming of its lower-end products like doormats and carpets after Danish towns, while christening high-end products after Swedish names. The Danish resentment arose out of an analysis by two Danish academics who performed a thorough analysis into IKEA's naming system. Klaus Kjoller of the University of Copenhagen told a Danish newspaper, "Doormats and runners, as well as inexpensive wall-to-wall carpeting are third-class, if not seventh-class, items when it comes to home furnishings. "

A court ruling made recently has deemed it illegal for males to scratch their private parts in public. The decision was made at Italy's Court of Appeal, where a man's act of scratching his private parts was described as "an act contrary to decorum and public decency. "

Jerry Morgan noticed that the front windows of his neighbor's house in Parker City was shattered, and was shocked to see blood all over the walls. Thinking that a murder had occurred, Morgan phoned the local authorities for assistance.

Indian police swooped down on a Delhi suburb Sunday morning and arrested five people, including a doctor, on suspicion of removing kidneys from young men without their consent with the intent of selling them to wealthy patients. Local reports said that the illegal organ transplant trade was being operated in a private hospital in Gurgaon, just outside Delhi, where at least 500 kidneys have already been illegally transplanted.
