Police in Goettingen, Germany were responding to a complaint about a van in the middle of the road when they found a toddler behind the wheel. The 5-year-old stalled the van several times during morning traffic, and a passer-by called police. A police spokesman tells Reuters, "He was seemingly intent on experiencing the daily traffic chaos and simply jumped behind the wheel of his dad's Mercedes Vito and went off to explore. "
