Millionaire Rep. Jim Sensenbrenner, (R-Wis.), is probably the luckiest man in the House after winning a third time in the state lottery.

Already a millionaire and heir to the Kimberly-Clark fortune, Sensenbrenner won a $250,000 jackpot on a $2 ticket in the District of Columbia lottery in 1997.

Last spring, he became twice lucky and won $1,000 prize in the Wisconsin lottery but the republican has now won yet another $1,000 in that lottery last week.

The latest win for Sensenbrenner came in a Super 2nd Chance drawing, in which people who mail in at least $5 in losing tickets vie for 10 $1,000 prizes each week, Associated Press reports.

According to lottery officials, the odds of winning this game one time are 1 in 5,000.

"I got lucky," said Sensenbrenner, who has a net worth of about $11.6 million. The 64-year-old says he spends about $10 a week on lottery tickets.
