Four British fire fighters are suspended after one of them takes a spin in a dryer at the station. The stunt was recorded by a mobile phone and placed on the Internet. It shows a Blackley fire station officer padding a dryer with clothes and them going inside the machine. After the dryer is turned he, he spins inside while his fellow fire fighters laugh at his antics.

Police in Madrid, Spain arrested four Frenchmen who were reportedly jumping in front of moving vehicles so they could film their reactions and post the footage on the Internet. Authorities in Alicante Spain said the four took turns leaping in front of moving vehicles on the road between Benidorm to La Nucia, which causes the driver to swerve violently or make a hard break to avoid hitting them. Officials say the four endangered the lives of the driver and passengers in other vehicles.

A hairdresser from Lancashire said that she would cycle across Rajasthan, India to raise money for research involving obstetrics and gynecology. Hazel Bullough, 39, is expected to ride nearly 265 miles within 10 days in order to raise funds for the Institute of Obstetrics and Gynecology Trust's Women for Women appeal. She plans is to cycle 50 miles a day.

At least 12 cheeky squirrel monkeys escaped London Zoo by scaling trees and leaping into Regent's Park. The Sun reports zoo keepers could only watch as the animals swung back and forth between the park and the zoo.

A new law in Las Vegas bans feeding the homeless at city parks. Unanimously passed by the Las Vegas City Council, the ordinance brings a maximum penalty of $1,000 and six months in jail for those who break it.
