A pizza delivery man makes three deliveries with a gunshot wound after a masked man tries to take his money. According to the report by the Associated Press, Thomas Stefanelli, 37, said dedication to his job at Hungry Howie's Pizza kept him on the job after a struggle with a robber Saturday night left him bleeding from a bullet wound in his left thigh.

According to a Reuters report, people who solicit prostitutes in Oakland, California, could find their faces plastered on billboards under a new shaming program - civil rights groups call the program bad public policy. The city started putting up billboards on Wednesday showing men arrested for soliciting sex. Other signs invite prostitutes to quit by calling a help line.

A former parking meter attendant accused of stealing $120,000 - in cents - has pleaded guilty to embezzlement and has promised to pay most of it back. Vincent J. Howard agreed in court Tuesday to repay $70,000 within 30 days and $30,000 more over the two years that he will be on probation.

A restaurant owner whose business was trampled by escaped elephants last month has reopened and revamped the eatery with a new name, "Restaurant where Elephants Have Been. " Restaurant owner Keum Taek-hoon said Monday she used the $18,000 insurance money she collected to remodel the restaurant, which now displays a sign featuring three elephants.
