Bangladeshi Baby Boy Born With Two Heads

A 22-year-old woman has given birth to a baby boy with two heads in southwestern Bangladesh who has been placed under police protection because of the curiosity his birth has caused among locals. Baby Kiron was born by caesarean section on Monday at a clinic in Keshobpur, 85 miles from the capital, Dhaka, and weighed 12 lbs 1 oz. Doctors believe that he was born from one embryo but there was a developmental anomaly that caused the infant to develop two heads.

Man Faces Charges For Calling 911 For Condoms Refund

A New Jersey man is facing hot water after police charged him with making a false report after he dialed 911 to detail an alleged robbery when a gas station clerk refused to refund his money for an unopened box of condoms. Officers were dispatched Sunday and found an employee of the gas station who exactly fit the description of the supposed robber given to them by the caller.

Israel To Rescue Cash-Strapped Gaza As Tattered Money Unusable

Israel's central bank is replacing millions of torn and dirty shekel bills in Gaza as the unusable money has caused a cash crisis in the Palestinian territory. Armored trucks of the Bank of Israel picked up three million unusable shekel bills from banks in Gaza on Tuesday. They will return the same amount in new banknotes Friday despite intermittent rocket attacks on Israeli land by Hamas militants. The replacement money will be the second batch Israel will send to Gaza in two weeks amid a fragile ceasefire with Hamas.

Motorists Stop 12-Lane California Freeway, Scoop Up Dropped Cash

Motorists traveling at 65-miles-per-hour stopped on a busy 12-lane freeway east of Los Angeles on Sunday to scoop up money that fluttered out of a bag full of cash a motorcyclist had dropped. California Highway Patrol officers said that traffic was briefly halted on the eastbound San Bernardino Freeway as motorists stopped to grab cash that was blowing across the highway then got back into their cars with the money and left.
