Monster Cable Products has filed suit against a chain of glow-in-the-dark mini golf courses, alleging Monster Mini Golf infringes upon their trademark.
Monster Cable says the mini-golf chain could be confused with the maker of high-end cabling for high-definition television and other electronics.
Monster Mini Golf co-founder Christina Vitagliano said she won't change the name of the chain now with 22 locations nationwide.
This isn't the first trademark-infringement lawsuit filed by Monster Cable. The Brisbane, Calif.-based company has sued Disney's "Monsters" movie, Bally's "Monsters" slot machine and both the Chicago Cubs and the Boston Red Sox for Monster-related references.
