A picture of a woman known for her modest living and big heart, garnered one of the top bids in a fine arts auction.

The highest taking at the "Larasati-Pictures of Asia" fine arts auction was for a stunning image of "Mother Teresa" by renowned Indian painter Maqbool Fida Husain.

The painting, estimated at $184,050 - $214,725 pulled in $322,600.

The auction saw active bidding with a packed crowd of approximately 300 people.
