A Chinese soldier has been fined for stealing from the happiest place on earth, Disneyland. According to Ming Pao Daily, a soldier stationed in Hong Kong stole a Mickey Mouse key ring from Hong Kong Disneyland.

A Chinese soldier stationed in Hong Kong is fined for stealing a Mickey Mouse key chain from Hong Kong Disneyland. Zhang Qinggang, 27, was charged with theft and ordered to pay HK$1,000 (US$129) for nabbing the HK$35 (US$4. 50) item from a gift shop at the theme park in January.

A woman claims her 89-year-old mother shoveled a dead mouse into her mouth from a bowl of Campbell's bean with bacon soup. A Campbell spokesman says the company would like to examine the can and its contents, which the family says it stored in a freezer, along with the mouse.

A tsunami warning was mistakenly sent to TV and radio stations throughout Alaska. The National Weather Service now says there's no danger of a tsunami anywhere. The erroneous message went out directly from the weather service to Alaska broadcasters. It contained the computer ''header'' that a tsunami warning would carry. But it didn't have any other information in it. And if it had been a real warning, there would have been some actual text that outlined which areas of the state were covered by the warning.
