An Oregon town mayor has been kicked out from her post after posing on a fire truck in her black bra and underwear. According to city officials, Mayor Carmen Kontur-Gronquist narrowly lost in Monday's recall election, 142-139, in a town with 500 registered voters. The recall is effective Tuesday.

A woman was charged Tuesday with contributing to the delinquency of a minor after being found responsible for posting on the Internet a video of a two-year old child smoking a cigarette. Authorities said 33-yaer old Sandra Venery, who was apprehended Sunday, posted the video on the popular social networking website MySpace.
