A couple apparently having sex at the roof-top of a 50-foot tall office building in downtown Columbia plunged to their death Wednesday morning. The bodies were found lying on the road by a motorist who then alerted the police.

The investigators discovered the couple's clothing on the roof of the building itself.

The identities of the deceased have not been released, but officials said both the man and woman were in their early 20s.

"It's too early to rule out anything," Columbia police Sgt. Florence McCants told the AP adding that they are not suspecting any foul play in their deaths.
