A Swedish couple has named their newborn baby son Google, after the popular internet search engine.
The father of the newly named boy, Elias Kai, is quoted in 'The Local', an English-Language newspaper in Sweden, as saying he is a great fan of the search engine, but the name means more than that.
Kai adds, "The word means 1 followed by 100 zeroes, and I want my son to have lots of friends." The word that he is actually referring to is Googol.
Upon hearing the news, the comment from Google's weblog states, "We wish him long life and good health, and hope his schoolmates aren't too hard on him."
Google Kai already has his own Web site at www.google-kai.com .
