Police in Georgia arrest a man for walking nude along a highway while waving an American flag. Gerald Lynn Kelley, 52, was charged with public lewdness for his naked stroll on U. S. 11, just outside Hammondville. Dekalb County deputy Mike James says Kelley was allegedly drunk, and wearing only a cowboy hat and boots.

Loveland has been known as a creative haven for its annual sculpture show. This year the event expects to take off amongst a debate over a large bronze sculpture that some residents of the city in the foothills of the Rocky Mountain say is too erotic, and inappropriate for a public art installation. One controversial sculpture titled "Triangle," was created by Kirsten Kokkin, 54, a Norwegian-born internationally acclaimed sculptor. "Triangle," approximately 14 feet tall and 9 feet wide, is a depiction of three nude figures - a man and a woman holding up another woman.

In a move to preserve the tranquility of the sandy beaches in France's capital Paris, the City hall has issued a decree banning 'indecent clothing'. Under the decree, sunbathers will not be allowed to go nude or topless on the beaches and if they are caught in topless or nude condition then they will be fined.

After thirty Scandinavian women went topless on an Albanian beach resort, the Albanian police were left speechless. A local newspaper in the town of Sarande said, "Police only watched . . . they could not approach the tourists because they spoke no English. "

A nude sunbather is suing for the right to bask "au naturel" with his rat terrier, Cheekies, at his side. The man claims that the dog should be allowed with him because he suffers form post-traumatic stress disorder. Former bodybuilder Mark DelCore, says sunbathing is a great for a skin condition he developed after exposure to World Trade Center toxins while leaving a lower Manhattan gym.
